Why Us
Brother PR machines change colors by moving the whole needle bar case. We repair the case, picker, and wiper faults that stop a design.

Questions
Call when the upper thread keeps breaking after cleaning and rethreading, or a broken-thread error stops the machine while the thread is intact. Loops on the fabric surface, a hook that stays noisy after oiling, and needle bar case errors during color changes are other signs. A "Preventive maintenance is recommended" message calls for a maintenance visit rather than a repair.
It begins with a free quote by phone or online, based on the PR model and the message on the machine's screen. At your shop, we clean and check the usual sources of thread breaks first: the tension unit, needle plate, and hook. Then we look at the sensors and the needle bar case. Test stitching on the repaired needles finishes the visit.
Local service costs $100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. For shops more than a 45-minute drive from Buford, service costs $120 per hour, plus $65 per hour for driving time in both directions. The total depends on the work required. See our on-site service pricing for overnight and fly-in charges.
Yes. Brother's support pages send hardware faults to its dealers, so a machine still under warranty should follow Brother's written terms first. We are an independent repair business, not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Ricoma, BAI, or SIV. The same independent service covers Tajima machines and Barudan lines.
It depends on the fault and whether a part has to be ordered. Clearing a false thread-break stop at the tension unit takes far less time than replacing a burred hook. A single-head PR machine is usually quicker to work through than a multi-head line such as a Ricoma Titan.
We serve shops in Atlanta, Auburn, Braselton, Buford, Cumming, Dacula, Duluth, Flowery Branch, Lawrenceville, Mulberry, Norcross, Oakwood, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Suwanee, and Tucker. We also travel by road to nearby states and offer fly-in service nationwide. See our full service area for local coverage.
