Our Services

We diagnose and repair single-head Tajima machines used in daily production.

We diagnose problems affecting one or more heads on multi-head Tajima machines and make the necessary repairs and adjustments.

We service older Tajima models, including TMEX and TFMX machines, with adjustments based on their condition and performance.

Why Us
We work on Tajima machines with manual tension controls and newer models with automatic tension. We assess the model and problem before adjusting.

Questions
Call if thread breaks, tangled thread, or poor stitch quality continue after your routine checks. Repeated sensor errors, missed trims, and needle breakage also need attention. We can diagnose the cause, including timing problems, and explain the repair needed.
Start with a free quote by phone or online. At your shop, we check whether the problem affects one needle, one head, or several heads. We then inspect the relevant thread path, tension, trimmers, sensors, and timing, make adjustments, and test the stitching. The same checks apply on a multi-head Ricoma line.
Local service costs $100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. For shops more than a 45-minute drive from Buford, service costs $120 per hour, plus $65 per hour for driving time in both directions. The total depends on the work required. See our on-site service pricing for overnight and fly-in charges.
Repair time depends on the problem, the machine's condition, and the number of heads affected. A simple adjustment may take less time than diagnosing several problems on a multi-head machine. We'll discuss the likely scope of the work before scheduling. Regular maintenance can help reduce how often these issues come up.
We serve shops in Atlanta, Auburn, Braselton, Buford, Cumming, Dacula, Duluth, Flowery Branch, Lawrenceville, Mulberry, Norcross, Oakwood, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Suwanee, and Tucker.
