Our Services

We find the cause of tangled thread under the fabric and make the repairs or adjustments needed.

We diagnose false thread-break alerts that stop your machine when the thread is still intact.

We repair trimming problems that leave thread uncut or pull it out of the needle when stitching starts.

Why Us
Every diagnosis starts by narrowing the fault to a single needle, a single head, or the whole machine before any part is touched or replaced.

Questions
Skipped stitches, repeated thread breaks, or failure to form a stitch can indicate a timing problem, but other faults can cause similar symptoms. If the problem continues after routine checks, we can inspect the machine and determine whether timing needs adjustment. Routine maintenance can help catch some of these problems early.
We check threading, needles, bobbin condition, and tension first. We then inspect the parts that could be causing the symptoms, such as the hook, thread path, trimmer, or sensors. If timing needs adjustment, we correct it and test the stitching. We follow the same process on Barudan and Ricoma machines.
Local service costs $100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. For shops more than a 45-minute drive from Buford, service costs $120 per hour, plus $65 per hour for driving time in both directions. The total depends on the work required. See our on-site service pricing for overnight and fly-in charges.
Start with the routine checks in your machine's manual: rethread the machine, inspect the needle and bobbin, and clean accessible lint. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for needle installation, tension checks, and lubrication. If the problem continues, contact us and describe what you have already tried. These checks apply whether you run a Tajima, a Brother, or another brand.
The time needed depends on the cause and how many heads are affected. A timing adjustment on one head may be quicker than a repair involving worn parts, trimming problems, or several heads. We discuss the likely scope before the visit is booked.
We serve shops in Atlanta, Auburn, Braselton, Buford, Cumming, Dacula, Duluth, Flowery Branch, Lawrenceville, Mulberry, Norcross, Oakwood, Peachtree Corners, Sugar Hill, Suwanee, and Tucker. We also travel by road to nearby states and offer fly-in service nationwide. See our full service area for local coverage.
