Why Us
Routine oiling is only part of machine care. We also clean buildup, inspect for wear, and service components your daily routine does not cover.

Questions
Follow your machine's maintenance schedule even when it appears to be running well. Unusual noise, recurring thread breaks, false thread-break alerts, or maintenance reminders are reasons to check whether service is due. Persistent problems may also require repair. This applies to Ricoma and Tajima machines as much as to any other commercial embroidery equipment.
We clean lint and thread debris, lubricate the required service points, and make any necessary adjustments. We finish with a test run to check how the machine is operating. We also check for Timing Repair issues during the visit.
Local service costs $100 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. For shops more than a 45-minute drive from Buford, service costs $120 per hour, plus $65 per hour for driving time in both directions. The total depends on the work required. See our on-site service pricing for overnight and fly-in charges.
Follow the lubrication chart for your exact machine model. Some points need frequent oiling, while others need service at longer intervals. A scheduled maintenance visit does not replace the routine care listed in your manual. The same principle applies to a Barudan or a Brother, since both makers publish oiling instructions for their own machines.
The time depends on the machine's condition, its number of heads, and how long it has been since the last service. Several machines or a machine with heavy buildup will take longer.
Humidity can affect stored thread. Follow the thread manufacturer's storage recommendations and keep cones in a clean space with controlled temperature and humidity. Avoid large changes in storage conditions.
