1. Services

HK Embroidery Repair Services repairs and maintains commercial embroidery machines, including Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Ricoma, BAI, and SIV machines, at the customer's place of business. Service calls are made by road across metro Atlanta and beyond, and by air to other states. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the conditions at the site. We may refuse or stop work where it would be unsafe or unlawful to continue.

HK Embroidery Repair Services is an independent repair business. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Tajima, Barudan, Brother, Ricoma, BAI, or SIV.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are free by phone or online. A quote is not binding unless it is confirmed in writing. The final price may differ from a quote depending on the fault found, the time on site, travel, and conditions at the site that could not be known in advance. Our hourly rates, minimums, and travel charges are published on the Nationwide On-Site Repair page of this website.

3. Payments

This website does not collect payments. Payments are handled outside the website. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due when the work is completed. Air service calls are paid in full before the flight is booked, and adjustments may be made after the service date. Unpaid balances may be pursued through lawful collection actions.

4. Appointments and Access

You are responsible for giving safe access to the machine and the area around it at the agreed time. Before the visit, secure pets and remove hazards from the work area. Keep access to the machine clear.

5. Privacy

How we handle the information you share with us is explained on the Privacy Policy page of this website.

6. Intellectual Property

The text, photographs, and design of this website belong to HK Embroidery Repair Services. You may read and share them, but you may not copy them for your own commercial use without permission. Machine brand names belong to their owners and appear here only to describe the machines we work on.

7. Disclaimers

Services are provided as is unless otherwise agreed in writing. No particular outcome or completion time is promised unless it has been explicitly agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost production or lost orders.
• We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as weather or flight delays.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service that gave rise to it.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law.
